An Office Black and Decker Coffee Maker Will Enhance Your Cubicle Life

An Office Coffee Maker Will Enhance Your Cubicle Life

Does your company offer you free coffee? If so, do you drink it? If it is a subpar cup of coffee just the fact that it is free should not dictate whether or not you start off your day with bad coffee. My company started giving us free coffee about 5 years ago. It was a long time coming but the powers-that-be in my company eventually realized that a small investment in coffee is something that helps productivity with the workers and also boosts morale.

I drank the coffee for a while until I realized that I was compromising my values. At home I always drink great coffee that my wife and I brew on our own so why was I settling for less than good coffee at work. Once I realized that I wasn’t going to stand for bad coffee at work any longer I started looking around for a recommended one cup coffee maker. I was going to brew the coffee in my office cubicle so it just needed to be for me and no one else.

I knew one thing. I didn’t want a Keurig coffee maker because you pretty much have to buy what they sell and after trying a few cups at a cousin’s house, I knew that I needed to have the flexibility and creativity that only a drip coffee maker would give me. I settled on a Black & Decker Brew N Go at the recommendation of someone I knew who really knows coffee. I had kindled a relationship with a coffee blogger and asked him to recommend a reasonably-priced single-serve drip coffee maker. I always make it a point to ask recommendations from people who know and boy was he right!

I have owned this coffee maker now for over 3 years and I think I paid right around $20 for it. I think that even today it doesn’t cost that much more than that to buy. I use it every morning and since I love Starbucks coffee I brew it right in my office cubicle. What is great is that the unit comes with an insulated coffee mug that always keeps my java hot which is something that I really need. I cannot drink cold coffee. I even broke down recently and bought myself a hand crank coffee grinder so my coffee is extra fresh each morning.

If you are looking for a great office coffee maker, you too might want to look into the Brew N Go. It has been a workhorse for me for the past 3 years and helps me start of each day the right way!
